What types of licensing models are possible?
"Licensing in"  means acquiring technologies from other patent owners, "licensing out" means selling the rights for use of your patented technologies. "Cross-licensing" is a combination of that, where two or more groups license-in and license-out patented technologies to each other at the same time. Licensing contracts can vary very much and you should consider an experienced patent attorney to prepare the negotiations for the contract.
