What do I do when I know that I'm infringing?
If a potential IPR is identified which may be infringed, a research for the state of the art (before the filing of the IPR) should be performed, in order to determine whether the described technology was already published somewhere.
If so, the risk to get sued by the patent owner can be dramatically reduced.
