Do I infringe?
Sometimes companies infringe without knowing it. Before each new serial product manufacturing it is very important to make a so called "freedom to operate research", where patents or utility models were searched which are granted and in force and describe exactly the own production or process.
Such researches are often very time consuming and expensive but very essential in some cases.
